I had heard you perform in
the KFOX studio during the last band standing Tribute contest.
This morning when I was sitting in traffic I heard you and Greg
Khin talking then your band was going to play a Journey song.
When I was listening to it I called my boyfriend to tell him
how awesome you sounded, just like Journey and he was going
to put it on. As I was listening to it I thought, oh the song
KFOX was playing WAS Journey from Greg's personal stash and
your song was going to be next to compare..it was so good. But
when Greg came on the air and spoke to you and praised your
performance and that you were going to play next "Separate
Ways" I realized I hadn't spaced out for a moment during
Greg's commentary, it was your group that had just played. The
vocals, guitars, piano drums etc have really captured the Journey
sound plus a little extras of your own. Once again you played
outstanding I am sure you have heard this countless times but
I felt like letting you know how great you sounded in my car.

Hey guys, saw you perform
at the Livermore Wine Festival, and was blown away. Close your eyes, and it's Journey up there on stage. And my favorite part was Don "The Rocket" Stephenson on drums. Amazing. Keep on rockin, Evolution, and can't wait for your next show! -Evan |

I'm still reeling
from last Saturdays show in Livermore. I really was not prepared
for that level of performance. Truly amazing! So now I am ever
so glad I asked to record the show to relive it as many times
and as often as I want. I've been playing the CD of the show for
all my friends with enthusiasm. I can say the promise you made
to Neal has been kept, no doubt. Could there ever be a truer tribute
than this? I don't think so! Keep up the great work -Jim |
